In Memory of
Richard F. Gregorio
Richard "Dick" Gregorio passed away on March 19, 2026 at age 94. He
was a member of Chapter 54 of the Special Forces Association.
He served in the Korean War and with MACV-SOG in the Vietnam
War during 1967. Dick was Special Forces, Ranger, Jumpmaster, Pathfinder,
and HALO qualified.
Dick was born in Newton, Massachusetts on September 11, 1931,
and was a long-time resident of Framingham, Massachusetts,
living there for over 60 years. He owned a gas station in
Framingham for many years. He had a number of hobbies - one of
them was as a Ham radio operator. Another was an affection for
animals. While with the Army he was a member of sport
parachuting clubs and participated in the 6th World Parachuting
Championship in Orange, Ma, in 1962.
Obituary
A private burial took place on August 17, 2026. A military
remembrance and ceremony is planned for a future date.
