President Ken Gingras Closing Remarks:

"It is very important that you know I will be stepping down as the President of Chapter 54 on 1 January 2021. It would be very selfish of me to continue in the role as your Chapter President. The well being and future strength and operation of the Chapter will only continue to thrive with the youth of our Special Operations Veterans/Retired. Our President-elect, Kevin Paicos will have a direct link to the 20th Special Forces Group company located in Massachusetts. The Group will orchestrate a creative way to inspire the youth of the Group to lead and grow Chapter 54.

The transition to the new President will be led by me and the current Leadership Team seamlessly and with transparency at a time to be discussed by the end on 2020. Our Chapter has designed a great template for future years. Kevin Paicos and his team will influence the youth of our special operations regiment to lead.

It has been my honor to work with the great members and families of our Chapter. I have been blessed to have your support and counsel. The true success of a team is determined by those you surround yourself with and that is our Chapter 54 members and family."
